Send an API key in the Authorization header. See Authentication.

Requests and responses are JSON (Content-Type: application/json). POST /uploads also accepts multipart/form-data.
Successful POST requests return 201, other requests 200.
Lists return { "object": "list", "data": [...], "has_more": true, "next_cursor": 123 }. Pass next_cursor as starting_after to get the next page.
Dates are ISO 8601.
Errors follow the error format.
