# MCP overview

> Use Havincy as a tool inside ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Claude Code.

The **Havincy MCP server** lets AI assistants generate images, videos, voice-overs, music and Encore effects, read your brand kits and media library, and publish to your social networks — in natural language, from the chat.

## How it works

1. You add the server URL to your assistant.
2. On first use, the assistant opens the Havincy sign-in. You choose the **workspace** and the **permissions** (read, generate, publish).
3. You ask in plain language. The agent lists models, checks your credits, calls `generate`, waits for the result and returns the file link.

No API key to copy: the connection uses OAuth 2.1. You can disconnect an app at any time in **Profile → API & MCP → Connected apps**.

## Example prompts

* *“Create 4 product shots of my sneaker on a marble table, 1:1.”*
* *“Turn this photo into a vertical video with the melt effect.”*
* *“Using my brand kit, write a 20 s voice-over for our launch and generate it in French.”*
* *“Post the last video on YouTube Shorts tomorrow at 9am with a catchy caption.”*
