# Connect ChatGPT

> Add Havincy to ChatGPT as a custom connector.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Enable developer mode">
    In ChatGPT, open **Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings** and turn on **Developer mode**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create the connector">
    Click **Create**, then fill in:

    | Name | Havincy |
    | MCP server URL | `https://havincy.com/mcp` |
    | Authentication | OAuth |
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in to Havincy">
    ChatGPT opens the Havincy consent screen. Sign in, choose the workspace and the permissions, then click **Allow access**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Use it in a chat">
    In a new conversation, select **Havincy** in the tools menu and ask: *“Use Havincy to create a 9:16 video of a robot walking on a beach at sunset.”*

<Tip>
  Grant the **Publish** permission only if you want ChatGPT to post on your social accounts. You can change permissions by disconnecting and reconnecting the app.
